Hello fellow Crows!
My name is Slayus & I'm the guild leader of our guild/community Sanctus. I just recently hit the age of 30 (I know... old) and have now been gaming for over 26 years! Gaming is one of my few passions in life and I expect to be playing them until the day I leave this world. I've played both casually and competitively throughout the years. Most of my competitive gaming was in an FPS called Counter-Strike 1.6. I've also played just about every MMORPG ever released with my longest stints being in World of Warcraft (8 years) & Final Fantasy XI (On & off for 4 years). I'm still a huge fan of most FPS & RPG games, but have been very disappointed in the MMORPG genre since 2014. Luckily Crowfall was announced last year & with it my last hope for a good MMORPG!
I'm currently a Kickstarter Amber backer for Crowfall. What this means for the guild is that I have a LOT of bonus items I will be starting the game with. Things like a Company Garrison (guild hall), Medium Fortress, bonus parcels of land, 6 YEARS of VIP (which can be gifted
), reserved guild name & many more. I also have about $75 of Crowfall credit that I will be using to give away a copy of Crowfall to a lucky guild member.
As for some personal information, I work full-time as Tech Support/QA for a software company. I'm married with a 3 year old daughter. My wife (aka Yasma) dabbles in gaming as well since meeting me (I converted her
) & may join us in Crowfall as well. On my free time I'm also a part-time streamer on Twitch. I've been streaming for almost 2 years & love being able to interact with people while gaming. If you'd ever like to check it out you can here.
